| Two series of oil and acrylic paintings with a serigraphic base. At the time I was experimenting to find a recipe to make a traditional chalk gesso with PVA glue instead of rabbit-skin glue. I think there's better luminosity in the later pieces with the PVA gesso ground, than in the earlier pieces with acrylic polymer gesso. |
